• the original document must be submitted together with a full translation that can be independently verified by the Home Office. All translations must include:

• stamped and signed confirmation from the translator that the attached translation is an accurate translation of the original document
• the date the translation was created
• the translator’s full name and contact information
• the translator’s qualifications and professional affiliation
